The Village of Kingston is centrally located in beautiful Annapolis Valley, next to the Village of Greenwood and CFB Greenwood, and centrally located for easy access to all of Southwest Nova Scotia. With more twinning of the major highway it is now just over an hour drive to the major city of Halifax.

  • Ball Diamonds
    • The Village has three fenced ball diamonds with dugouts and washrooms available.
    • There are two fields located at the end of Balser Drive (Ravenwood Subdivision) and one located next to the Western Kings Arena at 1490 Westwood St. (across from the Superstore).

  • Tennis Courts
    • Two courts with lights located on Elm St. next to the arena - transformed to an ice skating rink in winter-weather permitting.
  • Arena
    • The Credit Union Centre seats 600 spectators and offers a full service canteen and washroom facilities. The venue is handicap accessible and has a paved parking lot.

      Picnic Park, Duck Pond, Fitness Trail

      A lovely picnic park with water fountain, garden areas and trellis for prom/wedding picture taking, ducks to feed and a family fitness trail to challenge.

    • Clairmont Provincial Park

      1405 Hwy #1 – 3km east of Kingston; off Highway 101 between exits 16 and 17. A picnic park under a stand of red pine trees, providing a cool oasis away from the valley heat. Open May 15 to Oct 11

    • Centennial Park

      1489 Westwood Ave, across from arena. Open grass area with bandstand.
