Administrative Services
Administrative services include activities that
provide for the overall operation of the
village. These activities include:
• supporting the legislative activities of the
Commission
• preparation of Commission agendas and minutes
• activities relating to the accounting, budget
preparation and control, purchasing and other
financial management of the Village
• maintenance and care of the Village Office
• liaise with other departments and community
organizations
